Use this command group when the destination account lives in another workspace. Same-workspace ownership moves still use aether app transfer. Background and collaborator rules are on Apps and collaborators.

Subcommand Flags Purpose
create <appName> <email> Create a pending invite. Prints the transfer id. Asks for confirmation; needs --force in non-interactive mode. Soft warnings appear when the destination would be over quota or already has the same app name. No email is sent; share the id or have the recipient list inbound invites.
list, ls --format (table or json) List pending inbound and outbound invites. Login session only.
accept <transferId> Accept an inbound invite into your workspace. Login session only. Asks for confirmation; needs --force in non-interactive mode. On accept, every previous collaborator leaves the app.
cancel, rm <transferId> Cancel an outbound pending invite. Asks for confirmation; needs --force in non-interactive mode.

create and cancel work with a login session or an access key / API key that has the apps scope (and app.transfer on the app for create). list and accept need a browser aether login session; API keys and named access keys get a 403.
